Flexible and Hybrid Schedules
The OAG offers flexible and hybrid work schedules, business appropriate dress code, and a full range of continuing professional education opportunities designed to improve and maintain your knowledge and skills.

Mentoring Program
We have a mentoring program specifically designed for entry level employees, including group and individual mentoring sessions, defined competencies, and a performance tracking mechanism.  You will receive feedback approximately every 2 months your first year and at the end of each audit thereafter.  There are continued formal and informal mentoring opportunities throughout your career with the OAG.

Travel, primarily within the beautiful State of Michigan, is a condition of employment. Travel could average between 10% - 15% of your time.

Work-Life Balance
We respect the need for a work-life balance and as such strive to maintain reasonable working hours. If overtime is necessary to complete an audit, we offer additional pay or additional vacation time known as compensatory time.
