Dodi E. Smith, CPA, CISAChief Information OfficerDodi E. Smith, CPA, CISA, became Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Office of the Auditor General (OAG) effective November 29, 2021. Ms. Smith is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Office of Information Technology (OIT). OIT is responsible for the operation and security of all OAG networks and information systems by providing IT governance; infrastructure, hardware, and software support; application development; as well as security training to all OAG staff. Prior to her appointment as CIO, Ms. Smith was the Information Security Manager where she led the development and implementation of an officewide information security program. Prior to joining the Office of the Auditor General, Ms. Smith served in similar roles for the Michigan Department of Technology and Budget as well as the Michigan Department of State. Ms. Smith graduated from Ferris State University with a bachelor of science degree in accountancy and earned an associate degree in computer information systems and controls from Lansing Community College. |
