What is the Report Summary ListServe
The Report Summary ListServe is an electronic mailing list that allows anyone subscribing to the list to receive Report Summaries as an email attachment as each audit report is released.

Alternative ways to obtain an audit report
If the full report is required, it can be obtained by Email, Groupwise users should send email to QawweeJ@michigan.gov the Office of the Auditor General web page, or by sending a written request to:

Alternatively, an audit report can be received by telephone (517) 334-8050 or by FAX us at (517) 334-8079. Please include your name, address, and the specific reports wanted in your request.

How to subscribe to the ListServe
If you wish to subscribe to the ListServe, select the email link below. In the body of the email please provide your email address, first name and last name. You will then receive a confirmation email within a day. The Report Summary will then automatically be emailed to you whenever an audit report is released.
