Q- When I click on a linked PDF document, a blank document displays.
A- You must have Adobe® Acrobat® Reader installed on your computer in order to view or print a .PDF file. The Adobe® Acrobat® Reader is free and can be downloaded from the Adobe web site (www.adobe.com).
If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader properly installed on your computer and you have successfully displayed other PDF documents, then see the information below, otherwise, load the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader from the Adobe web site (www.adobe.com).
We occasionally experience this problem (blank documents) with some internet browsers while accessing PDF files located at www.state.mi.us/Audgen/...
Try clicking the Reload or Refresh button. (You may have to repeat this several times.)
If clicking the Reload or Refresh button does not help, then save the document to your local disk instead of trying to display it. Instructions for Microsoft Windows users follow:
If the file still will not open or displays an error message when attempting to open it through Acrobat Reader, contact the Office of Information Technology helpdesk at (517) 334-8050 x648 for information on how to otherwise obtain the necessary material.
