Elden N. Lamb, C.G.F.M., is an Audit Manager for the Office of the Auditor General. He shares managerial responsibility with the Audit Division Administrator for audits of community colleges, the Department of Labor and Economic Growth, the Judiciary, and State universities and for performance audit coordination within the Office of the Auditor General. In addition to his managerial responsibilities, Mr. Lamb has developed and presented various performance audit, report writing, and supervisory training workshops.
Prior to his appointment as an Audit Manager in March 2003, Mr. Lamb served the Office of the Auditor General as a Senior Audit Supervisor in the Bureau of Audit Operations and as an Assistant Editor in the Office of Professional Practice. Mr. Lamb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Ferris State University. Mr. Lamb has demonstrated his commitment to improving government accountability through his 30 years of service with the Office of the Auditor General and his 20-year membership in the Association of Government Accountants.
