Audit Division Administrator Michael R. Becker, C.P.A.

Michael R. Becker, C.P.A., became an Audit Division Administrator for the Office of the Auditor General in June 1998. Mr. Becker's extensive experience in overseeing financial and performance audits is significant to his administrative responsibility to ensure that audits are responsive to the needs of the Legislature, the auditee, and the citizenry of the State as well as to ensure that audits are conducted in accordance with professional auditing standards. Mr. Becker's administrative responsibility extends to audits of community colleges, the Department of Labor and Economic Development, the Judiciary, and State universities and to performance audit coordination for the Office of the Auditor General.
